Wagering Requirements

6. User Obligations

Personal Account Use Only

Where an account is closed by kg555 due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed by kg555 for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to any fault of the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg555 excludes all liability for loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

- Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind
